Title: Trajectory inference in single-cell transcriptomics
Our next session will be a hands-on introduction to trajectory inference in single-cell transcriptomics, as a follow-up from our previous session on RNA velocity of single cells.
The hands-on code will be on Jupyter lab notebooks.
