We are interested in 3D research models and culture of primary tissue as organoids. Those modes are used to study drug sensitivity in cancer and drivers of therapy resistance, as well as mechanisms in cancer progression. We also study cancer driving mutations, both somatic and germline, with particular focus in the BRCA1/2 genes.
