The Imaging facility at the Biomedical Center provides state of the art light and electron microscopy technologies for imaging and analysing molecular and structural organization of cells, tissue and single molecules.
The facility offers access to various imaging platforms as well as providing hands-on training, advice for experimental set up and data processing and analysis. The following imaging instruments are available at the Biomedical Center:
- FV1200 Olympus inverted confocal microscope with a high sensitivity GaAsP detector equipped for live imaging setup
- JEM-1400Plus JEOL transmission electron microscope (TEM), MicroTime 200 time-resolved confocal fluorescence microscope
- Automated EVOS and an Incucyte S3 Live-Cell imaging
