Title: The BMC Imaging Core Facility

Abstract:  In this talk, Sigurður will give an overview of the possibilities within the imaging core facility, the equipment available and how to access the instrument and book training sessions.

He will also give an insight into the daily work that goes on within the facility and the projects we take part in. 

The main instruments within the core facility are the Olympus FV1200 confocal microscope, two Incucyte high throughputs live cell imagers and the Jeol 1400 plus transmission electron microscope.
