Title: Imaging core facility: an introduction (or reminder)
In this talk I will introduce to new users (and current users too!) all the possibilities of the imaging systems currently available to users at the core facility. There are three main machines available, first it is the Olympus FV1200 confocal microscope – capable of 3D scanning samples, live cell imaging, and many possibilities regarding advanced imaging options. Second, the Incucyte Zoom, from Sartorius, capable of several high throughput live-cell imaging related applications, and third, the EVOS microscope, capable of high quality imaging of tissue slides, fixed and live cell culture and fluorescent imaging.
