Title: Exploration of epidermal differentiation with single cell RNA sequencing

Speaker: Dr. Bogi Andersen, professor in Biological Chemistry and in Medicine at the school of Medicine at University of California, Irvine.

His lecture will describe approaches to simultaneously sequence the individual transcriptomes of thousands of cells. He will discuss how such approaches can be used to gain new insights into biology, focusing on my laboratory's recent experiments exploring single cell RNA sequencing to understand mouse epidermal differentiation.
